Im thinking of buying and I want to know if it is a great buy and if it would be good for grocery shopping and going to school?
Maybe in Canada - going 18 to 22 mph is good speed - but you'll not be able to take it on the street - you'd have to ride on the sidewalks! If you want to go that slow - get an electric bike - they've got kits now - under 400.00? I don't know - its a personal choice.
