What type of throttle does my electric scooter use?
so my scooter is an Ezip E400 and im trying to buy a new throttle cuz its broken. im trying to buy one from this one guy and he said that there wasnt one that would work for my 400 watt motor. its a five pin connector. i looked online and its like the same price of the throttle for shipping.

Your scooter is Chinese. Currie Technologies makes Schwinn, Mongoose, GT, Ezip, Currie, and a few others, so the parts are all the same, just the decals differ. The throttles that Currie uses are prone to failure, as I have seen many defective units.
There is a great Universal Chinese Electric Scooter Parts Store Online, and they have higher quality (still chinese) throttle assemblies. This store has very many Universal throttle assemblies.
